KENTUCKY Floor Cleaner

Machine for the manufacture of ready-made industrial floor wipers. It includes stretching the hank to the desired length, making up, attaching the label, pressing and compacting.
Managed by an OMRON controller with touch terminal interface.
It’s electro-pneumatic, manufactured in formed steel with a structure finished in electro-galvanised and fire-lacquered paint.
Processes:

Automatic fabric feeding.
Width programming.
Cutting by endless belts.
Programming of the number of garments per batch.

Production depends on the size and model of the product, being in the range of 300 and 400 pieces/hour.
