Pillow lines

Feeding from roll or jumbo roll, selvedging with bobbin stitching heads, cutting across and folding in half defining the width, overlocking and final labelling.

Managed by an OMRON automaton with touch terminal interface, it is electro-pneumatic with an electrical consumption of 2.6kW. It is manufactured in formed steel and the structure is finished in electro galvanised and fire-lacquered paint.

Production of 650 units/h for 1000 mm and with a bobbin head it has an output of 280 units/h for 2 mm – 4 mm stitch (the equivalent of 4 persons).
