Free Training in Textile Machinery with Jofesa

In challenging times, ingenuity often shines brightest. At Jofesa Imagine Systems, a small enterprise with over 35 years of experience in industrial machinery for the textile sector, they not only affirm this idea but are actively putting it into practice to address a critical issue: the shortage of workers in the industry.

This time, their creativity has taken the form of a new initiative: offering a program to train professionals from scratch using their unique work methodology. This approach tackles the difficulty of finding skilled staff, a challenge that hinders the company’s growth and its ability to meet market demands.

Ontinyent Roots

Jofesa operates in both domestic and international markets, but its roots are firmly planted in Ontinyent, Spain, where all production takes place. The company manufactures 95% of the components used in building its machines and production lines.

“For this reason, we are actively seeking professionals with strong aptitudes and excellent learning capabilities to carry out these processes efficiently and maintain the highest quality in our finished products,” says José Ferrando, Jofesa’s General Manager.

Comprehensive Program with Small Class Sizes

The training sessions, which are free and open for registration via Jofesa’s website, offer personalized attention thanks to small class sizes. Sessions will take place on Thursdays in May and June, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Jofesa’s facilities.

The program kicks off on May 2 with an Introduction to Machinery course, followed by sessions on Structure and Component Breakdown (May 9), Festo Pneumatics (May 16), Transmissions and Motorization (May 23), and Sensors (May 30). The June schedule includes Installation and Components on June 6 and concludes on June 13 with a session on Sewing Techniques. Jofesa recommends completing the full program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.

From Zero to Training the Best Professionals

The initiative targets university students, vocational trainees, individuals without experience, and those from other sectors, aiming to train them “to remain in the company while also adding their contacts to a database to meet the employment needs of our clients.”

Optimal results stem from combining cutting-edge technologies with the innovation and creativity of Jofesa’s twenty employees, who emphasize the family-like atmosphere as the most compelling reason to work with the company. “Additionally, we offer contracts with excellent economic conditions and high-quality work environments,” highlights Jofesa’s manager.

Training alongside professionals can become one of the best goals to pursue.
