The importance of TRAINING lies in the dissemination of valuable parameters such as the values of a society, practical or theoretical knowledge from various disciplines, and the customs that shape and give reason to a group of people.
During the months of July and September 2021, five of our employees completed a 30-hour training in MASTERCAM CAD 3D + LATHE, provided by TECNOCIM. This training equipped them with the knowledge and skills to handle design with MasterCam and 2D machining, thus improving their competencies in the workplace.
This training was subsidized through FUNDAE with the annual training credit available to companies.
