When we hear “WHITE ROOM,” our minds quickly associate it with an operating room, a hospital, or a place that is free from dirt—and in this case, our minds are not far off…
Two established companies in their respective sectors joined forces, combining their quality and technology to make the WHITE ROOM possible.
The first company was us, JOFESA IMAGINE SYSTEMS, with over 30 years of experience as a designer and manufacturer of industrial machines for the cleaning, hygiene, and textile sectors. We created the MASK PRO, an amazing machine dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing of masks, capable of producing between 3,600 and 4,600 units per hour, packaging them in packs ranging from 1 to 50 masks.
The second company was BELPLA, a textile company with over 50 years of experience in the sector, located in Ontinyent, just like JOFESA. The company was brave and made a strong commitment to people and their protection, as in their WHITE ROOM, they currently have 8 MASK PRO machines created and assembled by JOFESA IMAGINE SYSTEMS, which produce 800,000 masks per day. These machines require 3 people per shift, within the 3 shifts that the company operates.
Thus, the WHITE ROOM was born, and today it is one of the places where the highest quality masks are manufactured in SPAIN.
All the fabrics used in the production of masks are made in Europe and undergo all necessary tests, including OEKO-Tex certification. They comply with the UNE 0065 standard.
A recent analysis by OCU places the masks manufactured in the WHITE ROOM among the best masks available in supermarkets. It evaluates crucial aspects of their quality, filtration capacity, and breathability, as well as other criteria like harness resistance, comfort, and labeling information.
OCU has recognized us as a “Master Purchase”, highlighting the masks’ filtration effectiveness of 90%, which remains at 86% after the 5th wash.
